About Our Firm
Pittenger & Associates, P.C. was incorporated in 1980 and was located in Dallas, Texas until 1994, when we moved to Frisco. We have lived in Frisco for 16 years and have handled cases from Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Little Elm and Denton as well as others from out of county and from out of state.
Since 1978, William B.C. Pittenger has been rated by Martindale Hubbell and Lawyers.com, as an AV rated attorney. This is a peer rating system, meaning being rated by other attorneys.

This year, our son Douglas Pittenger, graduates from Wakeland High School and is headed to UT Austin to be a 3rd generation Longhorn. William A. Pittenger was in the law school class of 1938; I was in the law school class of 1965.
Carolyn takes care of all business and financial issues related to the lawfirm. Tammy and Diane are by experience very capable in responding to your inquiries, sending out questionnaires and directions to our office and producing all of the letters and documents in the handling of our cases.
